Clinical Psychologist


Helen is a registered clinical psychologist who has a passion for supporting people in navigating the tricky parts of life. Her approach is one of warmth, empathy and care blending evidence-based therapies with a compassionate, person-centred approach. She is committed to creating a safe space for growth and self-discovery at a manageable pace. Helen has experience within both the private and public mental health space, working with people across the lifespan with a broad range of concerns. This includes supporting clients to manage and adjust to stressful situations, engage in the grieving process, manage substance use-related concerns, and build self-confidence and understanding. She has also worked with a broad range of mental health diagnoses, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
