SANDY ALEXANDRAKI

Clinical Psychologist


Sandy is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor who completed her training in Greece and Australia. Her professional experience includes justice, tertiary mental health and community settings. Sandy is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness based approaches. Sandy also uses a range of somatic modalities such as, breath work and Non Sleep Rest (NSDR) techniques to complement her work. Sandy has extensive experience in adult mental health and has a special interest in working with women in all stages of life and particlarly the perinatal space. Sandy is committed to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive psychological care to her clients and focuses on cultivating a nurturing and safe environment to facilitate meaningful change and growth.
